I had a long standing issue with a Upvc window which a previous tradesman could not repair. I called Lee and due to his long experience and expertise advised me on the repair.

The Window Dr offered us an immediate response and solution to three faulty window handles – fixed straightaway at the price quoted – and a prompt and very reasonable quote for 6 issues with condensation between other window panes. There was no hard sell to try to persuade us that we’d need full replacement windows. Very glad I saw their van drive by, and made a mental note of them! I had four windows that needed some TLC (not opening, broken latches) and reached out to Lee who was very friendly and arranged a quick appointment.

Excellent service. Replaced broken window handle and lock mechanism on broken window and did matching window too for me as handle was drooping and solved future issues.

Had a problem with a downstairs window lock that would not lock. Lee and Justin came round the same afternoon. Initial diagnosis not good as window obsolete and parts not available. However, after a bit of thinking a solution was found and the lock fixed. Suspect this required years of experience and skill and others might have just told me to get a new window. Contacted Lee on behalf of my mother in law, as she has had a couple of issues regarding 2 of her windows. As I live in Scotland I was pleased to see that Lee’s company was only a few minutes from my mother in laws house. I call him to discuss the problem that she was having. He agreed a time to visit and carry out a survey of all her windows. He reported that the windows were generally in good condition, however a replacement glass unit was required in the bedroom and a set of hinges were needing replaced on the living room to ensure a good seal. Absolutely brilliant! I needed a repair to a window which wasn’t closing properly before new tenants moved into the property. Called Lee and fortunately he was available lunchtime same day.
