We had an accidental breakage of a French door glass, caused by a flicked up stone and knew immediately we needed Window doctor services as we had used them before for a fogged up pane replacement, and later a hinge repair following a windy storm catching an open window. A quick phone call, a measuring visit the following day, and a few days later a 9 a.m visit meant the window was in place by 9.15. No mess, no fuss, job done. I cannot praise these guys enough.

It was such a pleasure dealing with Lee. He was quick and effective in communicating (by text, phone), efficient in providing a written quote, and completed the job in timely manner. All these features one would expect from a true professional but I was pleasantly surprised about him going the extra mile.

We had a spiderweb like break of a sliding door glass from an accident involving a stone pebble and a lawnmower.. In response to concerns about the possibility of the fragments falling away due to winds, weight of the glass etc, Lee took the initiative to secure it with thick plastic and tape until the glass order was delivered. This was unsolicited but he was aware of the concern and addressed it without any extra charge, and without a fuss/fanfare – I wouldn’t have been aware that he did this until our tenant mentioned it.

Not the cheapest option but, fairly priced and well worth it for peace of mind, professionalism and promptness. Would not hesitate to use Lee Window Doctor Repairs Ltd again and I recommend without any reservation.

We had the glass from a few double glazed windows replaced after they had “blown” and constantly had moisture in them. Sadly they went too in a very short space of time. Luckily we found Window Doctor. His team came and replaced the windows for us, they were clean and tidy and polite. It was a reasonable charge. And they look great.

Called over Window Doctor repair services LTD for gaps in two uPVC windows and I must say Lee and Justin, were amazing. Lee and Justin mended a wedged shut window, changed hinges on two others, and, noticing the front door was sticking on the way out, fixed that too!

House is noticeably warmer and traffic noise reduced as a result. Definitely prolonged the life of otherwise pretty decent windows.

The Window Dr offered us an immediate response and solution to three faulty window handles – fixed straightaway at the price quoted – and a prompt and very reasonable quote for 6 issues with condensation between other window panes. There was no hard sell to try to persuade us that we’d need full replacement windows. Very glad I saw their van drive by, and made a mental note of them! I had four windows that needed some TLC (not opening, broken latches) and reached out to Lee who was very friendly and arranged a quick appointment.

Excellent service. Replaced broken window handle and lock mechanism on broken window and did matching window too for me as handle was drooping and solved future issues.

Had a problem with a downstairs window lock that would not lock. Lee and Justin came round the same afternoon. Initial diagnosis not good as window obsolete and parts not available. However, after a bit of thinking a solution was found and the lock fixed. Suspect this required years of experience and skill and others might have just told me to get a new window.
