Left a VM for Lee first thing to hopefully sort a window that wouldn’t close. He texted back promptly, and managed to fit us in and fix it the same day. Kept us informed re progress and ETA. Very friendly and professional and sorted it all in one day. Brilliant! Very grateful. Thank you.
