It was such a pleasure dealing with Lee. He was quick and effective in communicating (by text, phone), efficient in providing a written quote, and completed the job in timely manner. All these features one would expect from a true professional but I was pleasantly surprised about him going the extra mile.
We had a spiderweb like break of a sliding door glass from an accident involving a stone pebble and a lawnmower.. In response to concerns about the possibility of the fragments falling away due to winds, weight of the glass etc, Lee took the initiative to secure it with thick plastic and tape until the glass order was delivered. This was unsolicited but he was aware of the concern and addressed it without any extra charge, and without a fuss/fanfare – I wouldn’t have been aware that he did this until our tenant mentioned it.
Not the cheapest option but, fairly priced and well worth it for peace of mind, professionalism and promptness. Would not hesitate to use Lee Window Doctor Repairs Ltd again and I recommend without any reservation.
